Here’s What Our Franchisees Say About Ownership
Learn why a Submarine House sandwich franchise has paid off for these owners.
Our franchisees feel like they are part of an extended family. They believe the success of the franchise grows when you can help each other. Together, they are expanding the brand and building a business they are proud to call their own.
Don’t Let the Submarine House Name Fool You!
Our origin as a sandwich shop was just the beginning. Now, we are a big bar and grill franchise.
A Different kind of Sports Bar Franchise
Meet the Danner brothers, Jason and Brody. They were raised in the fast food business. Their dad, Gary, owned the first Submarine House franchise – a sandwich shop that’s still located on Main Street in Dayton, Ohio.
Gary bought the business in 1984 and continued to expand the sub shop franchise all over town.
Jason and Brody followed their father’s footsteps and opened their own locations in the 1990s. By 2003, the brothers were ready to buy the franchise business from their dad.
That’s when they turned a clear vision of how they wanted to move the brand in a new direction into reality. Their recipe for success blended together key ingredients – a love of sports, dreams of owning a sports bar franchise, and the Submarine House menu that was the hallmark of the brand
Today, the brothers are expanding the sports bar and grill concept throughout Ohio.
